Return & Refund Policy

At VRD Tea, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

Returns (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

We offer a 7-day return policy — you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  2. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vrdtea.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@vrdtea.com.
